The HOME House Project : The Future of Affordable HousingThis book covers a variety of projects and although some may not be exactly what you are looking for they provide a great starting point for customization. Each plan includes a schematic that shows all parts in relation to one another as well as scaled layouts for hard to layout parts. The instructions are well organized and detail helpful hints for each poject. Moderate knowledge of woodworking terms (i.e. dado, rabbit, etc...) will be helpful in uderstanding the instructions, which are very straight forward. I have purchased several project plans from wood working supply houses (which individually sell for more than the price of this book) and they can't compare to the clarity of instruction provided in this book.

Timber Construction Manual (Construction Manuals (englisch)) (Hardcover)
With some 600 photos and 4000 drawings and plans, the Timber Construction Manual is a comprehensive and indispensable reference work in the specialist literature on timber. It looks at all types of timber and timber materials, also presenting detailed information on the current norms and standards. Chapters cover the basic principles of working with timber, providing detailed information on subjects such as heat, noise insulation, fire protection treatment. The significance of timber with particular reference to ecology is also investigated. Timber as a load-bearing material is considered, and topics such as new methods of joining, transport and montage are documented. The second part of the volume presents a large number of built examples which feature some "classic" structures but focus chiefly on more recent buildings. The spectrum presented ranges from heavy-load bridges to multi-storey residential buildings. The second part of the examples looks specifically at topics such as facades, building skins etc.

European Luxury Home Plans
European Luxury Home Plans presents a fresh portfolio of plans drawn from the ageless character of classical Old World architecture. The styles conceived here to be classic speak softly of an American heritage, inspired over time by four regions of influence-Italian, French, English and Spanish. Scale and proportion as they are iterated in ancient dialects translate evenly to the incomparable beauty found in this collection of homes.
